A New Beginning…

This Sunday, the Atlanta Falcons will come back to the city they call home to play in their regular season debut against the Green Bay Packers at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. To celebrate the Sunday Night Football game, the Atlanta Falcons will host an all-day soiree inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium so guests can explore the new grounds in full.

The event begins at 5 PM with a Fan Village sponsored by American Family Insurance. Here, guests can enjoy a variety of activities from face painting to live music to giveaways, while also taking photos with live-sized cutouts of Falcon players. The Fan Village experience will also include appearances by the Atlanta Falcon cheerleaders, Atlanta Falcons Drum Corps, Brotherhood of the Beat and Gritz and Jelly Butter.

At 5:30 PM, Molly B’s—the stadium’s cookhouse—will open its doors to members only, where they can enjoy a premier tailgating event with an all-inclusive menu and drinks. The view from the cookhouse is spectacular, and you will have prime viewing of the field to watch warmups. Once kickoff, Molly B’s will be opened for non-members to enjoy.

Ticketed guests can join the Party on the Porch celebration at 6 PM. According to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium website, this experience will allow all ticketed guests the opportunity to view the world’s largest Falcon sculpture, enjoy food and drinks at the Bud Light Build-A-Bar and other activities.

While fans wait for kickoff to begin, guests will see a pregame event, which will include the National Anthem played by elite saxophonist Mike Phillips. Viewers will also see the Atlanta Falcons enter the field in a special way.

Finally, at 8:30 PM, spectators will get to experience the Sunday Night Football game versus the Green Bay Packers. If the weather is nice Sunday evening, guests will even get to have an open roof experience at the stadium.
